Finderr uses a small number of cookies — none for advertising, all for making the service work.

Essential cookies

fm-session (your signed-in session, HTTP-only, 30 days) and fm-preview (gate for pre-launch builds). Without these the site can't keep you signed in.

We remember your theme choice (light/dark) in localStorage. That's not strictly a cookie but it lives in your browser and is only used on finderr.io.

We use Vercel's built-in analytics for aggregated, anonymous page-view counts. No personal data is collected.

Stripe sets its own cookies on their checkout pages. Google Maps sets cookies when you load the map page. Both are listed in their own policies.
