Privacy Policy
Here's what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We collect the minimum needed to run the service.
What we collect
Your email address (for sign-in and notifications), the listings you post, the messages you send, and basic technical data (IP, user agent) used for security and rate-limiting. If you subscribe, Stripe handles payment details — we only see status, not card numbers.
How we use it
To show you listings, deliver messages, translate content, prevent abuse, and send service emails you've asked for (verification codes, reply notifications).
AI and translation
We use Google Gemini to translate listings and classify search intent. Content you post is sent to Gemini for translation; it is not used to train Gemini.
Your rights
You can request an export of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account. Email hello@finderr.io and we'll process the request within 30 days. GDPR and UK GDPR apply to users in the EU/EEA and UK.
Data retention
Active accounts: kept as long as the account exists. Deleted accounts: removed within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).
