Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Finderr. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Using Finderr
Finderr is a platform where users post, browse and transact listings. You are responsible for the content you post and the accuracy of your listings. You may not post illegal, counterfeit or misleading items.
Accounts
An account is tied to an email address you control. You're responsible for activity on your account. Sessions are signed with an HTTP-only cookie and expire after 30 days of inactivity.
Listings and translation
When you publish a listing, Finderr automatically translates it into every supported language. You retain ownership of your content but grant Finderr a licence to translate and display it on the platform.
Payments
Paid features (boosts, Finderr Pro) are processed by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime from your billing page.
Liability
Finderr is a platform — we don't take ownership of listings or handle funds between buyers and sellers. Transactions are between users. Use common sense and meet safely for in-person handovers.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice.
